I have been involved in the dog world along with my parents since late 1970's exhibiting Collies and then in 1979 the first Shetland Sheepdog joined our family, In 1981my parents applied for a prefix "Scotsdream",  which I became a partner in as soon as I was of age to be a full member, we continued to exhibit and breed Shelties and Collies for many years together with great success, I also handled collies for others and at the same time was lucky enough to own  my heart dog Multi BIS Gd Ch. Merryank Black In A Flash "Kaos"(American cocker)  and a few other American Cockers, who I showed through to their Australian Championships. In 2000 I registered my own prefix and since then I have been exhibiting my Whippets with quite a bit of success.

 

Over the past 40+yrs we  have had the pleasure of owning and or breeding more than 40 champions in these breeds quite a few of whom were Best In Show winners at All Breeds, Group and Breed Specialty level and many others that have earned titles in Obedience, Agility and other forms of Doggy Sports and we are proud of each and every one of them.

Now as my parents are getting older and I have decided that Whippets are the breed that best suits my family life, in 2016 we made the tough decision that we will no longer be breeding or exhibiting Shelties. And sadly in 2021 we had to say a heart breaking  goodbye to our last beautiful sheltie, thus ending an era for us.

Mum and I now co-own two cheeky Papillons that live with mum.
